Shipping & Delivery

Please place your order at least 10 business days in advance of your desired date. Orders placed later may not arrive on time due to courier delays. ChansLuxe.uk is not responsible for delays or misdelivers once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivers due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are not available for units delivered in their correct advertised condition. All sales are non-refundable once the hair has been installed, handled, cut, or altered. Exchanges are handled on a strict case by case basis and only granted for fulfilment errors. You must report the discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving your order. The unit must be returned exactly as it arrived - unworn & with all packaging intact.

Fraud & Disputes

By purchasing with ChansLuxe.uk, you agree to contact us directly rather than filing unjustifiable chargebacks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, pursue legal action in cases of suspected fraud or platform misuse.

Inspection & Quality

Please inspect your unit immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported via DM or email at chansluxe.uk@outlook.com on the same day your order is marked delivered. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or fixes on used units. Every order is meticulously inspected, recorded and documented prior to shipping. This internal record allows us to verify the pristine condition of your order and protect against fraudulent claims.

Custom Lengths & Personalised Bundle Deals

Customisation is always an option! If you require a specific combination or a quantity that is not currently listed on my page (such as 3 bundles of the same length e.g. 12", 12", 12" or a 4 bundle set), please DM or email me directly for a custom quote.
