Dispatch times 📦

Pre-ordered hair will be dispatched within 1–3 days of purchase, depending on your order.

Hair that is in stock will be dispatched the day after purchase.

These are dispatch times, not delivery times. Delivery takes place after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery addresses 

Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact chansluxe.uk@outlook.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact chansluxe.uk@outlook.com so we can investigate. For damaged parcels, please keep the packaging and send photos of the parcel and its contents.
